Natalie introduces herself to the Town and invites staff to ask her questions, one brave staff member opens up the Q&A time yet the majority of the room remain in quiet contemplation, perhaps formulating their questions in their minds, perhaps not wanting to ask in front of a crowd, perhaps Natalie did such a good job with the introduction that not a single question remains!

Recognising that meeting our new CEO does in fact raise questions yet sometimes they formulate later and sometimes we just don't want to speak in public... the Ask a CEO Anything campaign is launched. Less of a campaign and more of an opportunity for staff to ask anything confidentially...sans the dread of speaking publicly!
