Before starting the survey, here’s some helpful information about how it works and how your privacy will be protected.

Stop and start at any time

You can pause and re-enter the survey at any time – just close your web browser to exit the survey.

To re-enter the survey, click the link in this email and you’ll be taken to where you left off. The answers you’ve already given will be saved.

Protecting your privacy

Your responses are anonymous

This survey doesn’t identify you in any way, unless you choose to share your contact details with us as part of your feedback.

The Town has provided your contact details to Research Solutions for this survey only. We do not use them for any other purpose.

We will delete your contact details

Once the survey has finished, we delete your contact details. Until then, you have the right to access or change any of the information you have provided to us.

You can ask us at any time to have this information de-identified or destroyed.

The feedback you provide is confidential

Your individual answers will be kept confidential. Only overall findings will be shared with the Town.
