UPDATE: 11/05/2023: The Western Australian Planning Commission has considered the amendment and submitted its recommendation to the Minister in accordance with section 87(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 (the Act).
The Minister has approved the amendment in accordance with section 87(3) of the Act.

Local Planning Scheme No.3 - Amendment No.1 - Gill Street Café
The Town of Mosman Park has received the above Local Planning Scheme No.3 Amendment 1. The Amendment proposes to modify the conditions applicable to the additional use of Restaurant/café at 13 Gill Street, Mosman Park.
Gill Street café is a small business that has been operating in the Town as a restaurant/café for approximately nine years. The additional use of restaurant/ café is applicable to the property at 13 Gill Street, Mosman Park. The applicant is seeking to modify the conditions applicable to the additional use listed in Table 4 of the scheme:
The scheme amendment seeks to:
• remove conditions (a) to (e); and
• replace condition (f) with;
As determined by the local government via an application for development approval.
