Update 27/2/2024: Amended Final Draft LPP34 Advertised for Comment

A number of modifications have been made to the Draft LPP34 advertised in July 2023, particularly in response to comments from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage. The Council report OCM agenda 27 February 2024 details the changes made to the Local Planning Policy for your consideration.

This is your last opportunity to have a say on the content of the Amended Final Draft Local Planning Policy. Heritage Places with a category 1, 2 or 3 will be subject to this Local Planning Policy when development is proposed. (See FAQ’s for more information on categories)
