The Town of Mosman Park has prepared and adopted for the purposes of advertising a draft Local Planning Policy that sets out the Town's requirements for public open contributions for future subdivisions.
The draft Policy follows the adoption of the Town's Public Open Space Strategy which identified shortfalls in the provision of public open space within the Town.
