Update 27/02/2025:
Council, at their Ordinary Meeting of February 2025 resolved to adopt the Local Planning Policy without modification. The policy will now be made available on the Town's website and used for the assessment of scheme amendment proposals.
The Town of Mosman Park has prepared and adopted for the purposes of advertising a draft Local Planning Policy that sets out additional assessment frameworks for proposed amendments to its Local Planning Scheme.
