Mann Oval and Federation Park Playground Consultation

The Town is inviting community members to share their ideas and feedback to help shape the future of Mann Oval and Federation Park playgrounds. Parks and playgrounds are vital community spaces where neighbours come together, families connect, and children can grow and play.

To ensure the new playgrounds reflect our amazing community, we’re asking for your input on the proposed design options. Help us create inclusive, safe, and fun spaces that everyone can enjoy!

The scope of this project includes:

Mann Oval:

• Create a playspace with climbing and sliding features, swings, and spinning and/or springing equipment
• Add a sand soft fall
• Add park seating

Federation Park:

• Create a playspace with climbing and sliding features
• Add bark mulch safety surface

We are asking our community to:

• View the proposed themes for the playground designs before completing the survey, you will find the designs below and in the 'documents' tab to the right of this page.
  
• Choose your preferred design theme.
• Have your say in person: Head over to The Grove Library from August 21st until September 4th to put a sticker on your favourite design
• Have your say online: Select the 'Have Your Say' button at the end of this page to access our survey and follow the instructions.

How long do I have to provide feedback?

Consultation opens the 14th August 2025 and closes on the 4th of September 2025 so make sure to provide your feedback through the 'Have Your Say' tab further down the page.
