Proposed Changes – Overview

Apartment Changes:

• Dwelling yield reduced from 68 apartments to 66 as per below:
  • Apartments 314 & 315 will be combined into one larger 3-bedroom apartment.
  • Apartments 403 & 404 will be combined into one larger 3-bedroom apartment.
  • Apartments 307 & 308 (Lower) will be combined into one larger 3-bedroom apartment.
  • Apartments 405 & 308 (Upper) will be combined into one larger 3-bedroom apartment.
  • Apartment 108 will be split into two separate apartments (108 and 208), each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Balustrade Planter Changes – Overview

• Minor updates to the balcony planter design and structure.
• In some areas, soil depth will be increased from 400mm to 600mm to support healthier planting.
• Planter width will be reduced from 500mm to 400mm, with no reduction in planting capacity.
• Changes to Level 1, Building C (North) to improve visibility of planter areas from inside apartments.

Balcony Planter Changes – Overview

• Balcony planter areas will be slightly reduced by around 10% on Levels 1 to 4.
• In the original approval, these planters were provided in addition to the required landscaping requirements.
• The planters will now be built as separate prefabricated units, which requires a small reduction in size to suit the new construction method.
