Parking restrictions – residential timed parking (3 hours)
Upcoming parking changes associated with the future development at 130 Wellington Street, Mosman Park (Mos Lane), are scheduled to commence in June 2025.
To help manage parking in the surrounding area, the Town’s Operations Department will implement permanent changes to existing parking arrangements along Wellington Street and Samson Street, between Palmerston Street and Manning Street. These changes will introduce a 3-hour parking limit from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
This new timed parking zone will enable the Town’s Ranger Services to monitor parking more effectively. Rangers will conduct regular checks to ensure vehicles without a valid residential permit do not exceed the 3-hour limit.
If your property is directly affected by these changes (i.e. they occur in front of your residence), you may be eligible to apply for a residential parking permit, subject to meeting certain criteria. This permit will allow you to park on the street within the timed zone for up to 24 hours.
