Update 01/09/2025 - Receipt of Subdivision Amalgamation Referral

The Town has received a subdivision referral request from the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage in relation to the subject site. The application seeks to amalgamate the seven lots that make up 46 Manning Street into one property. This is being undertaken to clear Condition 5 of the SDAU approval granted on 3 September 2024.

The Town operates as a referral agency only in this instance, with final decision on the application being made by the Western Australian Planning Commission. The Town will return a recommendation to the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage prior to Friday October 3 2025.
