Update 12/12/2025 - Clearance of Condition 11 of Development Approval

The Town has been advised that the State Development Assessment Unit (SDAU) has formally cleared condition 11 of the development approval for works at 46 Manning Street.

Condition 11 required the submission of a pre-work geotechnical report to certify the lands suitability for development.
