Update 15/05/2025 - Issue of Building Permit for 46 Manning Street

A building permit has been granted for the Mos Lane site located at 46 Manning Street, Mosman Park. The developer is in the process of preparing and lodging the demolition permit (BA5).

The approved works are expected to commence in late June of 2025 starting with the demolition. All works will be conducted in accordance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.

During the works, there will be temporary disruptions such as increased noise levels, changes to traffic conditions and restricted access in the vicinity of the site. Appropriate traffic management and signage will be in place during this time.
