Update 9/04/2024 - Indicative timeline for PAT is now May OCM

Please note, the Permit for Activity on Thoroughfares (PAT) relevant to the Mos Lane Development project has now been scheduled to be determined at the May Ordinary Council meeting (OCM).

The PAT was previously anticipated to be going to the April OCM, please take note of this change.

The Town, with its traffic engineers, are methodically working through (with the applicant) the important traffic and pedestrian issues relating to the laneway and public realm. Following this process, a detailed report will be presented to Council by Administration.
