The Town of Mosman Park has received a proposal for a Complex Amendment to its Local Planning Scheme No. 3.
The proposed Amendment seeks to increase the density coding of nine properties (11-19 Riversea View, Mosman Park) from R12.5 to R25. An aerial image of the subject sites is below.
If approved by the Minister for Planning, this increase of coding means that those properties could potentially be subdivided in the future.
A copy of the Applicant's Scheme Amendment request is available for download from the Documents tab. Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the Town of Mosman Park Administration Centre located at 1 Memorial Drive, Mosman Park during office hours.
Public Consultation is open until Wednesday 7 June 2023.
