Council decision - June 2026

Council has considered proposed Local Planning Policy 43, to take effect following gazettal of the associated amendment, and resolved to:

1. Pursuant to Part 5, Division 2, Regulation 41 (3)(b) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, resolves to SUPPORT proposed Standard Amendment No. 12 to Local Planning Scheme No. 3.

2. AUTHORISE the Mayor and Chief Executive Officer to sign and affix the common seal to the Form 6A document as shown in Attachment

3. DIRECTS the Chief Executive Officer to refer Amendment No. 12 and all associated documents to the Western Australian Planning Commission and the Minister for Planning for final consideration.
