Consultation has concluded

The Town of Mosman Park is seeking feedback on the proposed road closure of a portion of Whittaker Mews adjacent to Lot 501 (No. 32A) Bay View Terrace, Mosman Park.

The Town is required to advertise the proposed road closure in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 for a period of 35 days. Additional time is included for the holiday period.

Where can I review the proposed road closure information?

Under the ‘Key Documents’ title to the left, the following documents can be accessed:

  • Map of Whittaker Mews road reserve to be closed;
  • Proposed road closure plan;
  • Applicant justification;
  • Summary of the public road closure process; and
  • Ordinary Council Minutes dated 23 November 2021 to initiate public consultation.
