Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1389/57 - Lot 556 Curtin Avenue, Cottesloe (McCall Centre)
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) for land in the local governments of Cottesloe and Mosman Park.
The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 556 Curtin Avenue, Cottesloe (approximately 8,028 square metres) from the Public Purposes - Special Uses reservation to the Urban zone in the MRS. The proposed Urban zoning will facilitate further planning to provide for the sale and redevelopment of the site and the adaptive re-use of heritage buildings on it.
