Have Your Say - Proposed Temporary Site Offices and Amenities on Vacant Land

The Town of Mosman Park has received a request from the developer of the Mos Lane construction project to utilise the vacant lot (located at 39 Manning St, Mosman Park, WA, 6012) for a temporary site office and amenities.

Please read the proposal, related documents, and provide a submission regarding the proposal. 

Any comments must be considered a valid planning consideration in accordance with clause 5.3 of Local Planning Policy No. 1 – Consultation Procedures (LPP01) which is available on the Town’s website, under Local Planning Policies.

Please note that the advertisement for this proposal does not constitute approval. The Town has not yet finalised its assessment. Any comments you provide will be carefully considered as part of the Town’s final assessment process.
